HR Recruiter - ABA Company | Brooklyn LBAPS, a growing ABA therapy organization, is hiring a full-time HR Recruiter to support hiring across our Paraprofessional, RBT, BCBA, and office staff roles. Responsibilities Recruit across all roles: Paraprofessionals, RBTs, BCBAs, and office staff Source and post across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and referral networks Proactively identify and engage candidates rather than waiting on applications Screen candidates and schedule interviews for hiring managers Maintain a strong talent pool of Paraprofessionals across all locations Requirements Recruiting/HR experience (ABA experience strongly preferred) Multi-platform sourcing skills - beyond Indeed Highly organized, quick-moving, and strong on the phone Able to manage high-volume candidate screening Location & Compensation New Brooklyn office Full-time, competitive pay, growth opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr oosmanagementcorp
