Ensures safe, resilient, efficient, and regulatory-compliant environment that supports high-quality patient care and hospital performance. Provide leadership and operational oversight for critical hospital support functions, such as Safety, Emergency Management, Facilities Operations, Biomedical Engineering, Construction & Space Planning, Security & Grounds, Technology, and Supply Chain. Qualifications Degrees Bachelor's Additional Qualifications Bachelors of Business or Healthcare Administration, or related degree is required. Masters preferred. Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in operations or related fields. Effective communication skills (written and oral). Understanding of regulatory frameworks.
