We’re looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience from check-in to vehicle pick-up.

What You'll Do
Welcome customers and accurately document their vehicle concerns
Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and technician recommendations
Prepare repair orders and provide clear estimates
Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
Coordinate with technicians and the service team to keep repairs moving efficiently
Review completed work with customers and explain recommendations
Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business
What We're Looking For
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, positive and team-oriented attitude
Automotive knowledge and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience
