Communicate with management staff to stay updated on jobs, documentation, budgeting, and any customer issues.Job DetailsJob DescriptionWe trust that as a Sales Coordinator you will: (responsibilities)Provide support to the Division VP of Sales to include but not limited to: coordinating meetings, arranging travel, deliveries, preparation of meeting materials and maintaining calendarsBe point of contact for sales team members to assist in a variety of IT-related activities such as ordering, setup and light-troubleshooting of cell phones, laptops, accessories, and other computer equipmentCoordinate all sales events, sales monthly lunches and functional meetings to include presentation development, contracts, set up and clean up independent of assistanceFacilitate communication and awareness sales initiatives, events and programs to include employee recognition programsWelcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiriesActing as a liaison between various departments, proficient in Salesforce, DocuSign, and Symbeo.Processing payments for sales-related expenses such as model landscaping and model cleaning invoices.Processing payments for sales-related expenses such as model landscaping and model cleaning invoices.Answer the main phone line as needed and route calls accordinglyMaintain employee and department directoriesMaintenance of office, supplies, office-related equipment, and vendorsBe responsible for retrieving, sorting and distribution of mailYou are willing to perform other duties as assignedWhat you will need: (competencies, behaviors & attributes)Business AcumenCustomer FocusDeveloping Direct Reports and OthersDrive for ResultsPriority SettingSelf-KnowledgeAbout you:BA/BS degree preferred or at least 4 years of work-related experience requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain confidentialityIntermediate-to-advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience in a corporate environment and dealing with various levels of management and external contactsExcellent customer service skillsPrior experience in office management requiredExperience in homebuilding industry preferredEssential Functions:Successful job applicants will be able to perform these functions.
