Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as sciences technology, engineering or mathematics
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in design, with significant leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in design tools and software
- Lead and manage a team of designers to create innovative and user-centered design solutions
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to define design goals and requirements
- Develop and implement design strategies and guidelines
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design
