Chief of Staff to the CEO

About the Role The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO of a global trading firm, driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and ensuring alignment across teams. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to execute complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Drive strategic planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives. Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership to ensure effective communication. Manage executive-level projects, prioritize competing demands, and monitor key deliverables. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Oversee day-to-day operations, improving processes and driving accountability. Represent the CEO in meetings and events when necessary. Coordinate and streamline the CEO’s professional and personal commitments. Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred). 5+ years in a Chief of Staff, consulting, or senior management role. Proven success managing complex projects and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive information. Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a “no task too small” mindset.
