Field Service Technician

Role Description: CherCo Solutions is looking for an experienced Field Technician to join our growing team in the South Texas region , primarily supporting the Zapata and Laredo areas . Position Highlights Career Growth Opportunities Work with an experienced and supportive team Opportunity to work on a diverse fleet of compression equipment Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience working with industrial equipment, engines, compressors, or rotating machinery. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders, and to follow detailed procedures accurately. Basic electrical and troubleshooting skills, including safe use of diagnostic tools and equipment. Commitment to safety practices, including use of PPE, adherence to site safety protocols, and participation in safety meetings and training. Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members. Capability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple service calls. Physical ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, lift and move equipment and parts, and perform tasks that may require standing, bending, and climbing. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and willingness to travel to customer sites in the region. High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in mechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in oil and gas, energy, or industrial field service is a plus, but candidates with strong mechanical skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr CherCo Solutions
