Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC certification
• State licensure as required for practicing within schools
• Proven experience working in a school-based setting
• Strong understanding of conducting and interpreting speech and language assessments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals tailored to each student's needs
• Deliver speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings onsite
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to facilitate student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
