• Facilitate specimen collection and prepare samples for laboratory analysis as needed.
• Carefully document all laboratory procedures, mentor new team members, and help maintain high-quality lab standards.
• Ensure a pristine and safe working atmosphere while strictly adhering to regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or related allied health field, with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) achieved within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout employment.
