What You'll Do:

As a Contract Outpatient Therapist , you will:

• Provide outpatient therapy services to clients across the lifespan, with a focus on evidence-based, client-centered care.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ongoing psychotherapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards.
• Collaborate with other providers, care managers, and families as appropriate to support holistic care.
• Operate with flexibility and autonomy in managing your caseload and scheduling.
• Work primarily remotely, with in-person sessions as clinically appropriate or client-preferred.

What You'll Bring:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and current LCSW, LCPC or LMFT licensure in the state of Maine.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
