Title: Digital Service AdministratorLocation: UT Federal Credit Union Corporate OfficeReports to: AVP, Director of OperationsUT Federal Credit Union is seeking a knowledgeable and member-focused Digital Service Administrator to support and enhance our digital banking experience. This role is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of online banking, mobile banking, and digital account opening platforms.The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional member service while supporting secure and efficient digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support digital banking and online account opening platformsTroubleshoot and resolve digital service issues for members and staffPartner with vendors on system enhancements, updates, and issue resolutionSupport fraud monitoring, compliance, and digital security effortsCoordinate digital service projects, testing, and deploymentsMonitor member feedback and recommend process improvementsMaintain procedures and training materials for staffQualifications3–5 years of experience in digital banking, operations, or a related financial institution roleStrong technical, problem-solving, and communication skillsKnowledge of online banking, mobile banking, and digital account opening systems preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBusiness -related degree preferred; equivalent experience consideredAt UT Federal Credit Union, we are committed to improving lives financially and beyond while delivering innovative and secure member experiences.Thank you for your interest in joining UT Federal Credit Union.
