Position Details Title: RAD Summer Lab Researcher Department: Quantitative Biomedicine Inst Pay Rate: $16/hr Employment Type: Part Time Posting Number: 26FA0113 Posting Period: 02/06/2026 – 07/31/2026 Location: Rutgers University‑New Brunswick, Busch (RU‑New Brunswick) – Piscataway, NJ Overview Rutgers Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Collaboratory is seeking highly motivated students to participate in cutting‑edge research over the summer. This is a grant‑funded appointment contingent upon the availability of funds to support it. The position reports directly to Prof. Zhao Zhang. The key duties of this position are the following: Responsibilities Data Collection and Processing Deploying LLM fine‑tuning and RAG pipelines Evaluating open source LLMs Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience : Must be currently enrolled as a student in a program at an accredited college or university, studying computer science and/or a related discipline.
