What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to medical/surgical patients across various units, including telemetry when required
• Float between units based on patient needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and monitor patient vitals accurately
• Document patient information meticulously using EPIC electronic health records system
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Ohio or eligibility for Ohio licensure
• BLS certification
• At least 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Strong IV start skills and experience with EPIC electronic records

• Telemetry experience
• Previous travel or agency nursing experience
