Customer Service Representative

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a friendly professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers responding to inquiries resolving complaints and providing accurate information about our products and services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills a positive attitude and the ability to remain professional when handling challenging customer situations.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email chat and other communication channels.

Provide accurate information about company products services policies and procedures.

Handle customer complaints concerns and requests and work toward satisfactory resolutions.

Process customer orders requests returns or other transactions where applicable.

Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been properly resolved.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions inquiries and transactions.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.

Meet established customer service quality and performance targets.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of a secondary school certificate; additional qualifications are an advantage.

Previous customer service call center sales or administrative experience is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong listening interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Good computer literacy and ability to use email Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Ability to multitask and manage customer requests efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
