We are looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Customer Service & Sign-Up Representatives. This role focuses on engaging with customers, introducing available promotions, and assisting with a quick and straightforward sign-up process. If you enjoy interacting with people and helping them access real value, this position is a strong fit.

In this role, you will greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner while clearly introducing current promotions and explaining available benefits. You will guide customers step-by-step through the sign-up process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house environment is essential, along with following structured workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency in daily operations.

We provide customers with access to promotional gift card benefits from well-known brands such as Starbucks, Sephora, Paramount Subs, and additional national partners. This creates a strong value proposition that makes customer interactions more engaging and impactful.

Our system is designed to support more than 20 successful sign-ups per day, with estimated earning potential around $180 per day based on performance. This role rewards consistency, effort, and strong communication skills.

We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills who are comfortable approaching and speaking with new people. A positive, high-energy attitude, reliable attendance, and the ability to follow systems and scripts are key to success in this position.

Compensation includes base pay combined with performance-based incentives, along with opportunities for growth and advancement for high performers. General Tso’s Restaurant & Catering is an Atlanta-based Chinese-American kitchen built for speed, reliability, and large-scale corporate meals.
