Front Desk CoordinatorThe Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while driving clinic performance through membership sales and operational excellence. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming, efficient, and patient-centered environment while supporting clinic goals, team collaboration, and overall business growth.The ideal candidate is energetic, sales-driven, highly organized, and passionate about helping others through wellness care.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience & Front Desk OperationsGreet all members and patients with a warm, professional, and engaging demeanorManage patient check-in/check-out processes efficiently using clinic systems (e.g., POS, Carbon)Maintain smooth patient flow to support both new patients and established visitsAnswer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiriesAssist patients with completing required forms and onboarding processesEnsure all patient interactions reflect a high level of service and professionalismSales & Membership GrowthConfidently present and sell Wellness Plans, packages, and promotionsEducate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and ongoing wellnessRe-engage inactive members and support retention effortsMeet or exceed individual and clinic sales goalsAccurately apply promotions and ensure compliance with company policiesMaintain strong product and promotion knowledge at all timesClinic Operations & CompliancePerform daily operational tasks including:Transaction processing and account managementInventory monitoring and ordering processesMaintaining Digital Blue Book accuracy (cash handling, daily logs, etc.)Ensure clinic cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all timesFollow all company policies, procedures, and compliance standardsCommunicate patient concerns, feedback, or incidents to leadership appropriatelyTeam Collaboration & CultureSupport clinic and regional goals through teamwork and accountabilityBuild and maintain positive, respectful relationships with team membersContribute to a positive, high-energy clinic culture aligned with JV standardsParticipate in team meetings, trainings, and development opportunitiesAccept and apply constructive feedback as a tool for growthMarketing & Community EngagementSupport local marketing initiatives and clinic growth effortsParticipate in community outreach and in-clinic promotions when applicableAssist with social media or grassroots marketing efforts as directedQualificationsStrong customer service and communication skillsSales-driven mindset with confidence in presenting memberships and packagesAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and demeanor representative of the brandPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and growBelief in a wellness lifestyle and preventative careProficiency with basic computer systems and social media platformsRequirements & Physical DemandsAvailability to work evenings and weekends (Friday–Sunday required)High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred1–2 years of retail sales, customer service, or marketing experience preferredAbility to stand and/or sit for extended periods of timeAbility to lift and carry up to 20–50 pounds as neededAbility to operate standard office equipment (computer, scanner, phone system)Core Values All Wellness Coordinators are expected to uphold The Joint Chiropractic's core values: Trust, Integrity, Excellence, Respect, and Accountability
