Maintenance Technician

LHH is working with a metals manufacturer in Arlington, TX that is seeking a Maintenance Technician. Maintenance Technician Location: Arlington, TX — ZIP 76012 Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite | Day shift Competitive pay based on experience $1,500 sign-on retention bonus 401(k) with 5% company match Company contributions to HRA or HSA accounts based on your plan choice Shift differential for off-shifts Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours/week) Minimal overtime required Pre-employment drug test and physical required Safety-sensitive role in an industrial environment Duties: Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on furnaces, boilers, chillers, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic equipment Inspect and maintain fluid levels, water flows, quench oils, filters, and washer soap per specifications Diagnose mechanical issues and execute corrective actions to restore equipment to optimal performance Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications accurately Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage tools, manuals, and parts inventory Operate company vehicles safely for material pickups as needed Report repair needs promptly and recommend improvements for efficiency and safety Requirements: Proven experience working on industrial furnaces, boilers, chillers, pneumatics, and hydraulics Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with MS Office/database tools Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints #J-18808-Ljbffr
