Mobile Marketing Analyst II: Personalization & CRM

Ulta Beauty seeks a Marketing CRM/mobile specialist at its Bolingbrook corporate offices, Hybrid schedule (about 6 days in office per month). The role focuses on personalizing mobile campaigns, loyalty programs, and omnichannel marketing to drive guest engagement. You will develop and optimize mobile messages, push and in-app communications, work with CRM and Mobile Engineering teams, and produce KPI reports to leadership.
