Director of Defense & Maritime Strategy

Arc Boats Co. is seeking a Director of Defense to own strategy and build the defense organization from the ground up at our Los Angeles headquarters. You will lead executive relationships with DoD, services, primes, and partners, driving multi-year roadmaps and programs. You’ll report to the CTO, build a high-performing team, and shape Arc’s defense presence across programs for years to come.
