In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound sales opportunities, delivering a more structured and outcome-driven sales experience. You will build on foundational sales skills by owning opportunities from initial engagement through close, while continuing to develop consultative selling capabilities.This role serves as a key progression point within the Inside Sales career path—expanding responsibility for revenue generation, sales execution, and customer relationship management, while preparing for more advanced, consultative selling responsibilities at the senior level.Essential ResponsibilitiesInbound & Outbound Sales ExecutionManage inbound and outbound sales interactions, delivering high-quality and structured customer experience.Own assigned opportunities from initial contact through close, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales cycle.Meet or exceed individual sales targets by effectively managing activity, pipeline, and conversion rates.Build rapport with prospects and guide them toward appropriate PrePass solutions.Opportunity Management & Sales EffectivenessQualify leads, identify customer needs, and position solutions aligned to those needs.Apply effective objection handling techniques to advance deals and close business.Maintain consistent pipeline activity and demonstrate progress toward sales goals.Begin developing a more consultative sales approach for increasingly complex scenarios.Product Knowledge & Customer ExperienceDemonstrate strong foundational product knowledge and effectively communicate the value of PrePass solutions.Provide accurate, clear, and confident responses to customer questions and concerns.Deliver a professional and consistent brand experience across all customer interactions.CRM & Sales OperationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and opportunities in Dynamics 365.Track sales activity, pipeline movement, and performance against goals.Support reporting, forecasting accuracy, and data integrity across the sales process.Team Collaboration & DevelopmentActively participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance.Collaborate with peers, leadership, and cross-functional partners to achieve team sales goals.Begin contributing to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team environment.
