SMB Deal Weekly is seeking experienced individuals ready to own and manage their own business in Miami, Florida. The role offers a unique Operate-to-Own model where co-owners partner with an investment firm to work on acquisitions between $0.5M and $2M in EBITDA. Candidates should have over 5 years in P&L ownership or general management and must express a genuine desire to become business owners, not just managers.
