Position Overview

Victory Healthcare Communications is seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Account Supervisor with a proven record of leading teams to achieve the highest quality programs, deliverables, and brand objectives. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for organization, problem-solving, and critical thinking. You will develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, contribute to organic growth, craft key internal and external business messages, and respond to client challenges with high-impact solutions. You should possess deep confidence in conveying ideas and directives to coordinate, execute, and delegate tasks to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.

What You Will Do (Essential Responsibilities)

• Client & Project Leadership: Assist the Account Director and drive project execution by building rapport with internal and external teams.
• Workflow Management: Partner with Project Managers to develop and maintain timelines throughout the life of a job. Manage deliverables, review hot sheets/status grids, and track client milestones.
• Team Communication:  Communicate project updates to the team, including shifts in project scope, direction, or timing that may impact agency resource requirements.
• Quality & Compliance: Review materials for quality, brand/editorial standards, consistency, comprehension, and execution. Understand and convey requirements for MLR review and editorial process to ensure compliance with client guidelines, working closely with the QA Manager.
• Financials & Growth:  Assist with development of proposals and SOWs based on accurate estimating and tracking of hours. Contribute to lead generation, team process improvements, and organic account growth.
• People Management: Evaluate the performance of staff in collaboration with HR (identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development) and approve timesheets for direct reports.

What We Are Looking For (Experience & Skills)

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (science, communications, marketing) and/or 10+ years of healthcare/pharmaceutical communications experience.
• Niche Expertise: 3–5 years of experience in market access, payer, or reimbursement communications is a strong plus.
• Agency Background: A proven track record working in a Creative/Production Agency environment, making successful presentations, building account plans, and responding to proposal requests.
• MLR & Software Proficiency: Clear understanding of the medical/legal/regulatory environment.
  Mastery of Veeva CRM and Veeva PromoMats, including navigating the Promotional Review process.
• Technical Environment: Expertise working in an Apple/Macintosh environment. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot) and Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs, Meet, and Gmail). Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is required. Project management tools (Monday.com, Ziflow) are a plus.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing strategic, access-focused content (value decks, pull-through tools, access strategy frameworks) and experience working on sales training materials.
