We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team on Saturdays. This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays an important part in creating a positive dealership experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Support dealership staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not required
