A rewarding opportunity is available for an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a part-time contract role working with K-12 students this school year. This position is based just outside the vibrant Bothell, WA area and runs from May 11th through the end of the academic year. The schedule offers a healthy work-life balance, with a commitment of three days per week.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license valid in Washington state.
• Previous experience delivering SLP services within a school setting preferred.
• Comfortable working with K-12 student populations with a range of communication and language needs.
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual education plans (IEPs) and student goals.
• Commitment to compassionate, student-centered service delivery.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students onsite.
• Complete assessments, screenings, and progress reports in alignment with state and district guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to education plans, and maintain accurate records.
• Develop individualized strategies that support communication goals across academic and social settings.
• Contribute positively to the school environment and foster student growth.
