Technical Recruiting Specialist

The Science Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a "HR Recruiting Specialist" for a top leading materials science organization. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain talent pipelines across the U.S. and Canada for niche and hard-to-fill roles. Partner with hiring leaders across IT, R&D, and corporate functions to support full‑cycle recruiting. Source and engage candidates using Workday ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and Boolean search techniques. Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to strengthen recruiting strategies. Share talent market insights, trends, and recruiting analytics with stakeholders. Support workforce planning and additional recruiting projects as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, including IT recruitment. Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies such as software development, cybersecurity, data & analytics, and applications. Experience using Workday ATS and recruiting analytics/metrics. Strong stakeholder management, project management, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple functions and priorities in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. Proactive, adaptable, and curious mindset.
