Roll Forming Machine Operator

Job Description

The Roll Forming Machine Operator plays a critical role in manufacturing by setting up and operating roll forming machinery to produce high-quality metal components. Working primarily on a single shift within a team environment, this operator ensures the equipment is properly calibrated and that production runs smoothly while adhering to strict safety standards. The position offers a stable work routine with opportunities to build expertise in machine operation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Set up roll forming machines according to production specifications
Operate machinery to perform roll forming processes efficiently
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
Calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
Monitor production output and address any operational issues promptly

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
Proficient in machine operation and mechanical troubleshooting
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Demonstrated commitment to safety compliance
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
