Sales Administrator

Looking for a cool job in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team representing the industry leader in HVAC equipment? The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing support to the Sales team, Sales Center, and customers. The ultimate goal of this role is to serve as a liaison between the company and its customers regarding product availability, delivery coordination, order entry, order status, and problem resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as branch point of contact for key accounts
• Support accurate order completion, processing, and tracking. This includes e-commerce and direct customer orders.
• Ensure timely deliveries and jobsite logistics and proactively communicate any delays when necessary.
• Facilitate accurate job quotes, purchase order management, credit rebills, and Scope of Work (SOR) documentation.
• Provide product information, assist customers with product selection, and with after-sales support.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and text.
• In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience; or Associates Degree with 1+ year of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to problem solve, be detail oriented, and multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

• English/Spanish bilingual a plus, but not required

Work Environment: Sales Center Office; Work Schedule Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
