The Solution Consultant (SC) will support the School Solutions sales team with a focus on K12 nutrition solutions. This role serves as a key partner in the sales cycle, delivering product expertise, conducting discovery, and demonstrating how our nutrition platform addresses district operational needs such as compliance, menu planning, payments, and back‑of‑house workflows. The SC will work closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to align customer requirements with our solutions, while also providing feedback to enhance product development and go‑to‑market strategy. What you'll own Partner with Sales to advance opportunities by leading discovery, delivering tailored demonstrations, validating technical fit, and supporting RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and proposal development. Serve as the school nutrition solutions expert, providing guidance on workflows, industry trends, product differentiation, and ROI for both technical and business stakeholders. Translate customer requirements into strategic solution recommendations and compelling value propositions that address operational and compliance needs. Act as a cross‑functional liaison between Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and customers, ensuring effective collaboration, feedback sharing, and seamless transitions from pre‑sales to implementation. Drive continuous improvement by enhancing demo environments, refining solution design processes and reusable assets, improving customer storytelling, and removing obstacles that impact deal progression. Compensation $100,000 - $115,000 The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
