Absolute Dental is urgently hiring a Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and can help create a fun, positive, and comfortable experience for our young patients. Pay & Incentives $18–$19/hour, depending on role and experience $750 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates Flexible scheduling options available Compensation Note: If a candidate falls within a listed pay range, the final offered rate will be determined by the hiring manager based on the candidate’s overall experience, skill level, certifications, and level of training. About the Role As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will support the doctor during pediatric procedures while helping children feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during their visit. This role is perfect for someone who has a positive attitude, enjoys working with kids, and wants to grow in the dental field. Entry level is okay, but candidates must have some dental experience for this role. Responsibilities Assisting the doctor during pediatric dental procedures Helping children feel calm, comfortable, and supported Preparing and turning over treatment rooms Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards Supporting charting and documentation as needed Working closely with the dental team to keep the day running smoothly Creating a welcoming, kid-friendly experience for patients and families What We’re Looking For Must be willing and comfortable working with children Some dental experience required Positive, patient, and friendly attitude Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Team-oriented mindset Reliable and dependable CPR certification, or willingness to obtain Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus Travel Requirement This role requires travel between office locations. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling between offices as needed.
