We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Position Summary Executes menu items with precision, consistency, and urgency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards.
• Maintain station cleanliness and organization.
• Execute tickets accurately and efficiently.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen team during service.

Standards & Accountability Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service. Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times. Represent Thirteen's hospitality culture consistently.

• Understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
• Previous Line Cook experience; 1+ years preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Food safety knowledge required.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
