Sales Leader – North America

Location: USA / North America

Work Model: Remote / North America / Travel Involved

Salary: around 300K USD – 350K USD( Including 30% variable)

Seniority: Director / Executive

Key Requirements

15–25 years’ experience in software/technology sales leadership.
Strong Telecom / Telco sales background.
Experience across CSP, MVNO, Enterprise, SMB and Startup segments.
Proven pipeline development, revenue generation and new business experience.
Strong C-level / CXO relationships and executive presence.
Experience selling SaaS, Digital Transformation and IT Services .
Strong understanding of Customer Value Management, Customer Analytics, Usage & Retention .
Excellent solution/value-based selling and deal negotiation skills.
Experience building and managing SI, technology and channel partnerships .
Ability to work closely with delivery, operations and practice teams .
Excellent communication and ability to explain complex technical solutions .
Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural environment.

· Experience in Telecom in the Customer Value Management / Usage & Retention / Customer Analytics domain

· 15 to 25 years of experience in a “software-centric sales role.”

· Understanding of SaaS sales, marketing, and success and support models

· Experience in recruiting, enabling, and leading a network of SI and channel partners with direct personal involvement.

· Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.

· Willingness to travel
