Job Summary

Assured Solar is growing, and we’re hiring Solar B2B Sales Reps to generate qualified leads and schedule consultations for our solar sales team.

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in face-to-face communication and lead generation . Your focus is simple: start conversations, build interest, and set high-quality appointments .

Compensation & Earnings

• Uncapped earning potential

• W2 Base + Commission (1099 options available for the right person)

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads through business outreach

• Engage business leaders and introduce solar energy solutions

• Clearly communicate value and handle basic objections

• Track daily activity and maintain appointment quality

• Participate in events that include some public speaking and presentation

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Strong adherence to the truth - no tolerance for lying to clients or colleagues

• Previous experience in the solar industry (sales or installation)

• Familiarity & aptitude with simple design software (SolBid, OpenSolar, Aurora, etc.)

• Capable of handling the entire sales process from intro to close

• Strong communication and people skills

• Motivated and willing to meet business owners & build rapport

• Comfortable working in outside sales / field environments

• Experience with Excel spreadsheets and graphs

• Positive attitude and high energy

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Preferred

• Experience in door-to-door sales, lead generation, or appointment setting

• PVIP or sales certification

• NABCEP Certification preferred
