Eastern Controls Inc., a manufacturer’s representative partner of Endress+Hauser Inc., is seeking Application Specialists to support real‑world industrial solutions, learn our products from the ground up, and work closely with sales and customers. If you are technically curious, detail‑oriented, and ready to grow, this role was built for you. What tasks will you perform? Prepare quotes and RFQs for customers and outside sales. Match customers’ needs with standard product solutions (training provided). Communicate clearly with customers, sales, and internal teams. Track quotes, orders, and updates in our CRM. Support order entry, delivery timelines, and follow‑ups. Spot simple cross‑sell or up‑sell opportunities. Build hands‑on knowledge of instrumentation, valves, actuation, gas detection, and services. What do we expect from you? You Will Have (required) Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical/Chemical Engineering) or Business Degree with ability to provide technical solutions (or equivalent experience). 0–2 years relevant experience. You May Have (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with CRM Platforms. Ability to follow documented procedures. Excellent communication skills. Ability to escalade situations appropriately.
