Cadence PCB Librarian

Role Overview Aurora is hiring a Cadence PCB Librarian who will manage and create accurate symbols/models, from schematic to PCB footprints to 3D models, for all PCBA applications. Responsibilities Manage and create all PCB/PCBA symbols and models Collaborate with EE, PCB layout, and mechanical engineering teams Required Qualifications Master of Cadence Library Creator tool Experience with Cadence ECAD‑MCAD tool 8+ years experience as a librarian Experience and working knowledge of IPC-7351 footprint standard Understanding of footprint design Experience with library configuration management Communicate effectively with multiple functional groups to complete part creations Strong work ethic and attention to detail Desirable Qualifications System administration of Cadence tools PCB layout experience Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is $163,000 – $210,000 per year . The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits. Working Conditions Hybrid work environment: Aurorans are in office at least 3 days per week.
