Assistant Director Of Nursing (ADON)Garden Park Care Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director Of Nursing (ADON) to join our nursing leadership team. This is a Monday-Friday position with participation in an on-call rotation. We are looking for a nurse who enjoys supporting staff, maintaining strong clinical standards, and helping create a positive environment for both residents and employees.Responsibilities include:Support the DON with day-to-day nursing operationsProvide leadership, guidance, and education to nursing staffAssist with staffing, scheduling, and employee performanceHelp maintain compliance with state and federal regulationsParticipate in surveys, audits, quality improvement, and clinical initiativesMonitor resident care and documentationAssist with interviewing, onboarding, and training nursing staffParticipate in the nursing leadership on-call rotationRequirements include:Active Ohio nursing license in good standingRN preferredPrevious long-term care or skilled nursing experienceNursing leadership or supervisory experience preferredPointClickCare (PCC) experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsAbility to participate in an on-call rotationBenefits include:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offPaid holidays401(k)Supportive leadership teamOpportunities for professional growthJoin Garden Park Care Center and take the next step in your nursing leadership career!
