Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

A well-regarded plaintiff-side employment law firm in the Los Angeles area is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of experience handling single-plaintiff FEHA and wrongful termination matters to join a client-focused, employee-side practice. Responsibilities Handle single-plaintiff FEHA claims, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters Manage wrongful termination cases from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and dispositive motion oppositions Take and defend depositions Communicate directly with clients and manage case strategy in coordination with senior attorneys Represent clients in mediation, settlement negotiations, and court appearances Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Active California Bar membership in good standing 3–5 years of experience in California employment litigation, specifically single-plaintiff FEHA and wrongful termination matters Plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating within a close-knit team What We Offer Client-centered, employee-side practice with meaningful case outcomes Collaborative team culture Competitive compensation and benefits package Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $180,000.
