Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, semi‑finished, and finished goods to prevent shortages or excesses. Coordination with Departments: Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to align production activities and resolve any issues. Monitoring Production Progress: Track and analyze production planning performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficiency. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation related to production plans, schedules, and inventory status.
