Commuting Information: Our office is conveniently situated within a 60-minute commute from York, Harrisburg, and Lancaster.

Position: Director of First Impressions
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment.
• Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
