Lisa Pate State Farm is seeking a licensed insurance professional with industry experience who is passionate about sales, relationship-building, and helping customers protect what matters most. This role is primarily focused on new business development and agency growth, while also providing exceptional service to existing customers.

Required Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty License required

Active Life & Health License required

Insurance industry experience required

Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business

Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills

What You'll Do

Generate new business through referrals, prospecting, networking, lead follow-up, and community involvement

Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover customer risks and coverage needs

Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers

Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into written business

Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer protection

Cross-sell and expand existing customer accounts

Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and service-related needs

Develop long-term client relationships that support retention and referrals

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency and industry standards
