Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse leads the healthcare team by building genuine, personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. They collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans aimed at promoting health or supporting peaceful end-of-life care. The nurse applies evidence-based practices and compassionate care to assist patients throughout their health journey, taking responsibility, authority, and accountability for managing and delivering care in accordance with current policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills: A graduate of an accredited nursing school is required, with a preferred Bachelor's Degree. Active RN licensure in the relevant state is mandatory. Experience Of At Least One Year Is Preferred. For inactive or lapsed licenses over five years, completion of a Board-approved refresher course is necessary for reinstatement, with application within one year of course completion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
