Key Responsibilities for the Field Marketing Manager:
  • Drive field marketing efforts that support community growth and revenue objectives
  • Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence throughout the homebuying journey
  • Serve as a key marketing partner to sales teams across multiple communities
  • Field Marketing Manager will create memorable events and experiences that strengthen customer and Realtor engagement
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships while overseeing project execution from concept to launch
  • Evaluate local market dynamics and recommend strategies to enhance community performance and awareness
Qualifications for the Field Marketing Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree and ability to travel locally to support multiple communities and events
  • Marketing experience in homebuilding is strongly preferred; real estate, land development, or related industry experience will also be considered
  • Track record of supporting community launches, model home programs, sales center marketing, or field-based marketing initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating vendors, events, budgets, and competing priorities
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, marketing technology platforms, and Microsoft Office tools
