Job Title: Mergers and Acquisitions / Private Equity Associate Attorney Location: Austin, TX (In-Office with Flexibility; Hybrid available for senior candidates) Overview We are seeking up to two talented Associate Attorneys to join a growing practice focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity . This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to work on sophisticated transactions while maintaining a more balanced and flexible billable structure. What You’ll Do Advise clients on M&A and private equity transactions Draft and negotiate transaction documents Conduct due diligence and support deal execution Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on strategic matters Manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 2–7 years of experience (ideal range) Experience in M&A and/or Private Equity required Big Law experience strongly preferred Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between [$145,000 – $300,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
