Leasing Assistant

Leasing Assistant - Studio City, CA
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Leasing Assistant to provide administrative, transactional, and operational support to our property management leasing team. In this role, you will facilitate lease administration, process transactions, and coordinate communication between tenants, brokers, accounting, and legal departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter looking to advance their career in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate prospective tenant financials, run credit checks, and package deal terms for internal approval.
• Process assignments, assumptions, holdover notices, and track critical contract dates.
• Field calls from brokers and tenants, assisting with renewal outreach and general inquiries.
• Assist with redlining Letters of Intent (LOIs), drafting deal correspondence, and managing execution paperwork.
• Update internal spreadsheets, track deliverables, and manage workflow in retail leasing software.

Position Requirements

• Real estate certificate or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of professional office experience required.
• 3 years of commercial real estate experience (specifically retail) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 required; Yardi experience is a major plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and professional communication skills.
