The Role

Execute contemporary, seasonal dishes with precision and care. Oversee all kitchen stations, jump in wherever needed, and work closely with the Executive Chef Kris Padalino on daily operations, menu planning, recipe development, administrative duties, inventory and cost controls. Supervise, train, coach and mentor line cooks, prep cooks, ware washers, and hourly staff. Maintain standards of cleanliness in our newly renovated, custom kitchen.

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen leadership role including banquet operations.
Advanced cooking technique, egg cookery skills, strong meat and fish fabrication skills, knowledge of baking pastry and a passion for seafood.
ServeSafe Certified, knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
Leads by example, communicates clearly, stays organized, can multitask and works well under pressure.
Committed to a safe, sanitary, hospitality-first kitchen.
