Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Sterile Processing - Instrument Tech to support healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper sterilization and maintenance of medical instruments, adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments and equipment.
• Inspect instruments for damage or wear, and report issues.
• Maintain documentation of sterilization processes and equipment logs.
• Follow strict infection control protocols and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure instrument readiness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in sterile processing or related field.
• Hold CRCST, CSPDT, or CASSPT certification preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control standards.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
