Bilingual Pharmacist (Spanish)

Oxford Solutions is seeking a bilingual pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity supporting a closed-door pharmacy operation. This is an onsite role with openings in Pittsburgh, PA; Pflugerville, TX; or Chesterfield, OH. Must be fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable supervising pharmacy technicians while supporting accurate, efficient pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support daily pharmacy workflow.
• Review and oversee prescription data entry from providers and receiving pharmacies.
• Monitor technician work for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Assist the Pharmacy Manager with workflow coordination and operational needs.
• Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff, providers, and other stakeholders in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• PharmD or degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• 0-3 years of pharmacist experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.
• Additional active pharmacist licenses are highly preferred, particularly in AK, AL, AR, CA, GA, IA, ID, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, and/or WV.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time, salaried position - 40 hours per week.
• Monday through Friday with rotating shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• Rotating Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
