Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Wayland seeking Working Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the daily activities of production line workers.
• Train new employees on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and production targets are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare and submit production reports, including output, scrap, and attendance.
• Collaborate with management to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team of production operators.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment.
