If you have experience managing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in keeping financial records accurate and organized, we'd love to meet you. This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our company. What You'll Do Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner Manage accounts payable, including coding, matching, and payment processing Generate customer invoices and monitor accounts receivable Apply customer payments and reconcile account balances Research and resolve billing discrepancies Reconcile vendor statements and assist with monthly account reconciliations Maintain organized financial records and documentation Support month-end closing activities Work closely with operations and leadership to ensure financial accuracy Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned What We're Looking For 2–3 years of Accounting Assistant, AP, and AR experience (required) Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Experience in the home services, HVAC, plumbing, or construction industry is a plus Compensation & Benefits $25.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience Full-time, stable employment Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays 401(k) Opportunities for growth and career advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment If you're dependable, organized, and ready to build your accounting career with a company that's growing, apply today and become part of the Magnolia Heating, Air & Plumbing team!
