Administrative Assistant

I have a client located in the Decatur, TX area that has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in discussing this role, In this role, you will be working as an Administrative Assistant for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for daily administrative support for plant management and supervisory staff. This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked onsite. This role must be worked on-site. Bilingual - English/Spanish Prepare purchase orders for plant supplies Maintain purchase order log Coordinate meetings, plant schedules and visitor sign- ins. Help with onboarding paperwork, timekeeping and employee records Assist with tracking production schedules and delivery timelines Help with maintaining production reports and inventory records MS office experience Able to answer phones when needed Experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple projects going at one Experience with construction
