Florida Literacy Implementation Specialist

To enhance educational outcomes, the full-time Florida Literacy Implementation Specialist will facilitate professional development experiences, support literacy initiatives, and collaborate with various teams while working 100% remotely. Key responsibilities Facilitate and support professional development learning experiences for educators, both virtually and in-person Design and implement intensive literacy-related training for school administrators, coaches, and teachers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of research-based educational products and services Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in early childhood language and literacy or K-12 literacy teaching/professional development Familiarity with online learning environments Strong content knowledge in the Science of Reading and/or the Science of Early Childhood instruction Skills and experience in coaching and/or mentoring
